Beacon PTA Non-Regular General Membership Meeting – Minutes
August 31, 2021 (10:00 AM ET, Zoom)

AGENDA

1. WELCOME
   – Shirley Brady, Robin Broshi, Nancy Molesworth (PTA Co-Presidents)
   Quorum reached. Purpose of this meeting is to review the proposed
   2021-22 PTA budget by the treasurers and put to a vote as there are
   immediate funding needs and we didn’t approve a 2021-22 budget by the
   end of the 2020-21 school year.
2. TREASURERS’ REPORT

• Katherine Bruck, Andrew Flamm (& Spencer Greene, in absentia)
  2021-22 PTA budget presented. See attached budget for details. Noted that
  this will change once funding requests roll in and school is back in session.
  Agreed to provide more guidance to school staff and students re: funding.

1. VOTE ON 2021-22 PTA BUDGET
   Motion to approve: Katherine Bruck
   Seconded: Alison Overholser
   Vote: APPROVED by majority (yes/no/abstain; name typed in Zoom chat)
2. OTHER BUSINESS
   First PTA general membership meeting of the new school year will be on
   Sept. 20, 2021 at 6:00 PM (Zoom)
