BEACON PTA SPRING GALA & AUCTION COMMITTEE 2022-23
All members of the Beacon School community are invited to join the PTA’s 2022-23 Spring Gala & Auction Committee!
Help plan and manage our biggest fundraiser of the year, taking place on May 3rd, 2023!
This committee will plan a fun-filled reception and auction that will tie into Beacon’s 30th anniversary celebrations with the theme of “Party like it’s 1993—Come as you were!” (Note: this is NOT the alumni event that’s happening in June.)
We are excited to provide a fun and memorable in-person evening at Taj Lounge (48 West 21st Street) for the Beacon community to socialize and raise money for the PTA.
Volunteers are welcome and needed!
The annual spring auction, the PTA’s largest fundraising event of the year, requires many people to make it happen—especially as our first in-person auction event since COVID.
There are many opportunities (communications, donations, event planning and more) to get involved and help make this a memorable and impactful event!
Please join our team to share your ideas and enthusiasm to make this year’s auction a success—no experience necessary!
