BEACON PTA MEETINGS (2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR)
All members of the Beacon school community are welcome to join Beacon PTA monthly meetings, which are held throughout the school year. We have two monthly recurring meetings (apart from committee and special meetings):
• Executive Board meetings are held on the first Monday of each month of the school year. During these meetings, the PTA Executive Board members will discuss planning, volunteer needs and other matters pertaining to running the PTA.
• General membership meetings are held on the second Monday of each month. These meetings are the best time to hear from school leadership and learn about opportunities to get involved in fundraising, community-building and other activities of our PTA.
If there’s a conflict with a regular scheduled meeting, it will move to the following day—or be rescheduled as determined by our Executive Board.
All meetings will be available to join on Zoom, with live captioning available. Some meetings may require registration to receive the Zoom link (for example, due to a scheduled vote).
